PITMAN — Announcement is made of the engagement of Kayla Marie Heim, of Pitman and Jarred Jacob Geist, of Valley View.
The bride is the daughter of Dennis and Karen Heim, of Pitman. She is a 2009 graduate of Tri-Valley High School and is a junior at Bloomsburg University where she is majoring in early childhood and special education. She works part time at Friendly Nursing Home, in Pitman.
Her fiance is a 2005 graduate of Tri-Valley High School and is a 2007 graduate of Thaddeus Stevens Trade School. He is employed by Miller Brothers Construction, Schuylkill Haven.
