BLOOMSBURG — Roger and Kellie Starr, of Orangeville, announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Vest, of Bloomsburg, to Andrew Earnest, also of Bloomsburg.
The bride-to-be is a 1995 graduate of Millville Jr./Sr. High School, and a 2002 graduate of Bloomsburg University with a bachelor of science degree in business education. She is attending Bloomsburg University pursuing a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction. She is employed as a business teacher at the Warrior Run High School.
Her fiance is the son of Cindy Brobst, of Bloomsburg. He is a 1991 graduate of the same high school. He is employed as a heavy equipment operator by HRI, Inc.
A Feb. 9, 2013, wedding at First Presbyterian Church, Bloomsburg, is being planned.
