The bride-to-be is the daughter of Brenda and Richard Witmer, of Winfield. She is a 2010 graduate of Selinsgrove Area High School and is attending Pennsylvania College of Technology, majoring in human services. She is employed by Sheetz.
Her fiance is the son of Lisa Boyer and Donald Dingle, of Lewisburg, and Ron and Michelle Lehman, of Milton. He is a 2005 graduate of Lewisburg Area High School and SUN Area Career & Technology Center where he studied automotive technology. He is employed by Weis Warehouse.
An Oct. 4, 2014, wedding at Keithan Gardens, Sunbury, is being planned.
