MIFFLINBURG — Mr. and Mrs. Carl E. Hummel, of Mifflinburg, announce the engagement of their daughter, Marissa Irene Hummel, to Conor Bernard Luskin, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Luskin, of Lewisburg.
The bride-to-be is a 2005 graduate of Mifflinburg Area High School, a 2009 graduate of Duquesne University, and holds a graduate degree from Duquesne University. She is employed as a pediatric speech and language pathologist at Weisman Children’s Rehabilitation in Atlantic City, N.J.
Her fiancé is a 2005 graduate of Lewisburg Area High School, a 2009 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, and holds a graduate degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is employed as a physician assistant at Rothman Institute Orthopaedics in Egg Harbor Township, N.J.
A Sept. 21 wedding at the Priestley Savidge House, Northumberland, is being planned.
