The bride-to-be is the daughter of the late Mary Hubbard. She is a graduate of Berwick High School and is employed at the Danville Child Development Center.
Her fiance is the son of Christine Shakin, of Florida and the late Raymond R. Culp Sr. He is a graduate of Shikellamy High School and is employed by Dempsey Uniform and Linen Supply, Sunbury.
A spring 2013 wedding at the Sound of the Gospel Church, Selinsgrove, is being planned.
