MIFFLINBURG — Robert Koch, of Harrisburg, Rob and Lisa Black, of Selinsgrove, and Hank and Sandra Hoover, of Mifflinburg, announce the engagement of their children, Katelyn Koch and Ryan Hoover.
The bride-to-be is a 2004 graduate of Selinsgrove Area High School and a 2008 graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology with a degree in mass media communications.
Her fiance is a 2002 graduate of Mifflinburg Area High School.
A summer 2013 wedding is being planned.
