ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Together with their families, Amy Negley and Jonathan Arbogast, both of Rochester, announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Ronald and Judy Negley, of Portersville, Pa. She is a 2005 graduate of Slippery Rock Area High School and a 2009 graduate of Allegheny College with a bachelor’s degree in American history. She is pursuing a doctoral degree as well as teaching at the University of Rochester.
Her fiance is the son of Larry and Patricia Arbogast, of Selinsgrove, Pa. He is a 2001 graduate of Selinsgrove Area High School and a 2006 graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering. He is employed as a software engineer by Allworx, a subsidiary of Windstream, in Rochester.
An August 2013 wedding in Prospect, Pa. is being planned.
