MIDDLEBURG — Ronald and Teresa Rice, of Middleburg, and William and Deborah Hall, of Mifflinburg, announce the engagement of their children, Tiffany Nichole and Andrew David.
The bride-to-be is a 2007 graduate of Midd-West High School and a 2009 graduate of McCann School of Business & Technology with a degree in medical office assisting.
Her fiance is a 2004 graduate of Mifflinburg Area High School and a 2006 graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology with a degree in computer aided drafting.
A May 11, 2013, wedding is being planned.
