NORTHUMBERLAND — Mr. and Stan Remley, of Northumberland, celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary recently with a trip to Panama City Beach, Fla.
They were married Dec. 30, 1972, by the Rev. Gordon Summers and Rev. Donald Fulton, uncle of Mrs. Remley.
Mrs. Remley, the former Cindy Boll, is the daughter of Miriam Boll, of York, and the late Earl Boll. She is a teacher in the Selinsgrove Area School District. She enjoys reading and visiting with family.
Her husband is the son of the late Richard and Josephine Remley. He is retired. Stan enjoys being involved with the Food Pantry and Helping Hands at their church, Trinity United Methodist in Northumberland.
The couple also enjoys attending their grandson’s sporting events.
They are the parents of three children, Autumn Wolfe, of Selinsgrove, Samantha Remley, of Alexandria, Va., and Stanley Remley III, of Grand Lake, Colo. There is also one grandson, Andrew Wolfe.
