SUNBURY — Theron W. and Jane Conrad celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary recently with a dinner at the Hotel Edison in Sunbury, attended by family members.
They were married Oct. 25, 1952, at the First Presbyterian Church in Sunbury.
Mrs. Conrad is the daughter of the late Robert and Martha Oberdorf, who lived on South 10th Street in Sunbury. Mr. Conrad is the son of the late Theron D. and Mabel Conrad, who lived on North Ninth Street in Sunbury.
They are the parents of three children, Joann Weres and her husband Michael, of Pottsville, Eric Conrad and his wife Barbara, of Winthrop, Maine, and Ellen Mull and her husband John, of Sunbury. There are also six grandchildren, Beth Weres, of Pittsburgh, Kurt Weres, of Pottsville, Lauren and Tyler Mull, of Sunbury, and Emma and Nora Conrad, of Winthrop.
