LEWISBURG — Mr. and Mrs. Roy Bordwick, of Windy Hill Lane, recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary. The couple were married on Sept. 8, 1951 at Messiah Lutheran Church, Annadale, Staten Island, N.Y., by the Rev. J. Vincent Johnson.
Mrs. Bordwick is the former Mary Ann Johnson, daughter of the late Vera and Gunvar Johnson. She is retired from Piscataway Library, Piscataway, N.J. She has enjoyed her membership in the Lewisburg Garden Club and Christian Women’s Club.
Mr. Bordwick is the son of the late Magda and Gustav Bordwick. He is retired from General Dynamics, Avenel, N.J. He is a member of Masonic Lodge 370 and Royal Arch Lodge.
They are the parents of two children, Kirsten A. Bordwick, of Duluth, Ga., and Carl H. Bordwick, of Liverpool.
