ETTERS — Mr. and Mrs. Larry Lenig, of Etters, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary recently with a small family gathering hosted by their daughters at The Brickyard.
They were married Dec. 16, 1962, in Kratzerville, by the Rev. Gold.
Mrs. Lenig, the former Dianne Beaver, is the daughter of the late Frank and Alice Beaver. She is retired from Johnson, Duffie, Stewart & Weidner.
Her husband is the son of Rowena Lenig, of Selinsgrove and the late Charles Lenig. He is retired from UPS.
The couple enjoys taking their motor home to NASCAR races, frequent trips to Myrtle Beach, and spending time with their family.
They are the parents of two daughters, Melinda (Lenig) Murak, of Lewisberry, and Manda (Lenig) Murphy, of Denver. There are also five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
