SALEM, OHIO — Tom and Dorothy Sniezek, formerly of Lewisburg, announce the engagement of their daughter, Breana M. Sniezek, of Cleveland, to Christopher Geiss, of Raleigh, N.C. He is the son Paul and Mardel Geiss, of Syracuse, N.Y.
The bride-to-be is a 2004 graduate of Lewisburg Area High School and a 2008 graduate of Rochester Institute Technology, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in hotel and resort management. She received her master’s degree in business administration in 2009 from the same school. She is employed as the assistant controller of the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel.
Her fiance is a 2003 graduate of the Christian Brother Academy and a 2008 graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology where he earned a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering. He is employed as a software engineer by IBM in Raleigh.
A wedding for Oct. 9 in Syracuse is being planned.
