MICO, TEXAS — Medina Lake was the setting for the ceremony uniting Janelle Ann Bustos and Derek Wayne Rabuck in marriage. Pastor Dennis Beaver, of Mifflinburg, conducted the service on March 7, 2009.
The bride is the daughter of Johnny and Charlene Bustos, of San Angelo, Texas. The bridegroom is the son of Mark and Lisa Rabuck, of New Columbia.
The wedding arrangements were coordinated by Tracy Smith, of San Antonio, Texas, the bride’s sister.
The bride chose Lauren Cole, of San Angelo, to be her maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Kandra Roye, of Ralls, Texas and Jordann Ledesma, of San Antonio. The flower girl was Kassidy Smith, of San Antonio.
Christopher Pfleegor, of New Columbia, was best man. Groomsmen were Bubba Roye, of Ralls, and Wayne Smith, of San Antonio. Ring bearer was Brinson Roye, of Ralls.
Following a honeymoon cruise to the Caribbean, the couple are residing in Yuba City, Calif.
Janelle is a 1998 graduate of Wall High School and a 2003 graduate of Amarillo College. After serving four years in the Air Force, she is continuing her education in Sacramento, Calif.
Derek is a 2004 graduate of Milton Area High School. He is serving a second tour of duty in the Air Force, stationed at Beale Air Force Base, Calif.
