LEWISBURG — Chuck and Nancy Zerbe recently celebrated their 35th wedding anniversary. They met on Oct. 16, 1970, while they were both students at Lebanon Valley College. After Nancy’s graduation, they were married June 22, 1974, at the Lutheran Church of the Redeemer, Maywood, N.J. by Pastor Ed Schmidt and Pastor George Handzo.
Nancy is the daughter of Margaret S. Lawton, of Maywood, N.J., and the late George W. Lawton III. She is employed at The Daily Item, Sunbury.
Chuck grew up in Lebanon and is the son of the late Roy and Jean Zerbe. He is employed by ConAgra, Milton.
They are the parents of a son, Peter, of Lewisburg.
