LEWISBURG — Mr. and Mrs. Richard Owen, of Lewisburg, announce the engagement of their daughter, Ruth, to Jonathan Jachim, son of Larry and Sandy Jachim, of Mountaintop.
The bride-to-be is a 2004 graduate of Lourdes Regional High School and a 2007 graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology, where she received an associate’s degree in medical office information technology. She is employed by Central Susquehanna Surgical Specialists, Lewisburg.
Her fiancé is a 2004 graduate of Crestwood High School and a 2008 graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology, where he received a bachelor’s degree in residential construction management. He owns and operates his own residential construction company in Mountaintop.
An Oct. 17 wedding at St. Jude’s Roman Catholic Church, Mountaintop, is planned.
