RUNAWAY BAY, JAMAICA — Runaway Bay, Jamaica, was the setting for the ceremony joining Heather Dawn Douglas and Nicholas Joseph Letcavage in holy matrimony. The ceremony uniting the couple was performed at 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 29.
The bride is the daughter of William R. Douglas and Victoria Mary Douglas, both of West Milton. The bridegroom is the son of Thomas and Judy Letcavage, of Shamokin, and Annette and Robert Buczeskie, of Kulpmont.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride chose Stephanie Hendershot to be her maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Angela Letcavage and Rebeka Buczeskie, the bridegroom’s sisters, Michelle McGinley and Julissa Reed.
Thomas Letcavage and Drew Letcavage were best men for their brother. Groomsmen were Jacob Shinskie, the bridegroom’s cousin, Jared Mannello and Chris McGinley.
After a honeymoon in St. Lucia, the couple are residing in Bloomsburg.
The bride is a 1999 graduate of Lewisburg Area High School, a 2003 graduate of Bloomsburg University, and a 2007 graduate of Lock Haven University. She is employed as a physician assistant at Geisinger Medical Center.
The bridegroom is a 1998 graduate of Mount Carmel Area High School, and a 2007 graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology. He is employed as a neurointerventional technologist at Geisinger Medical Center.
