CARLISLE — Del and Lisa Libby, of Carlisle and formerly of New Berlin, and David and Sandra Beck, of Baltimore, Md., are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Renee Libby and Stephen Beck.
The bride-to-be is a 2002 graduate of Carlisle Area High School and a 2006 graduate of McDaniel College, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She works in public relations in Baltimore.
Her fiance is a 2002 graduate of Towson High School and a 2006 graduate of McDaniel College, where he received a bachelor’s degree in political science. He is employed as a fund associate with Legg Mason Global Asset Management in Baltimore.
A wedding is planned for Oct. 23.
