WATERLOO, N.Y. — Jim and Laurie Gardner, of Waterloo, N.Y., are delighted to announce the engagement of their daughter, Meaghan Kathleen, to Joshua Troup, son of Mark and Carol Troup, of Mifflinburg, Pa.
The bride-to-be is a 2006 graduate of Roberts Wesleyan College, Rochester, N.Y., where she earned a bachelor’s degree in graphic design. She is pursuing a master’s degree in integrated marketing communications from Eastern Michigan University.
Her fiance is a 2001 graduate of Mifflinburg Area High School and a 2006 graduate of Roberts Wesleyan College, where he received a bachelor’s degree in business marketing. He is employed at the Sholley Insurance Agency in Lewisburg.
The couple are planning a wedding for Sept. 11.
