Lehman — Knouse


SELINSGROVE — Christ United Methodist Church was the setting for the wedding of Jayme Natelle Lehman and Nicholas Brian Knouse on Sept. 12, 2009. Pastor Larry Leland joined the couple in marriage at 3 p.m.

The bride is the daughter of Carla Treon and Daniel Lehman, both of Sunbury. The bridegroom is the son of Juanita Boyer, of Northumberland, and the late Carl Knouse.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride chose Michelle Young, of Lewisburg, to be her honor attendant. Bridesmaids were April Ney, of Sunbury; Emily Lehman, the bride’s sister-in-law, of Sunbury; Jasette Schluter, of Centre Hall and Katie Port, of Arizona.

Brian Walburn, of Maryland, was best man. Groomsmen were Tommy Sands; Jason Lehman, the bride’s brother; Jeff Burrell and Doug Knouse, the bridegroom’s cousin, all of Sunbury. Ring bearer was Jacob Lehman, son of Daniel and Vickie Lehman, of Sunbury.

Following a reception at the VFW in Selinsgrove, the couple honeymooned in Aruba. They are residing in Selinsgrove.

The bride is a graduate of Shikellamy High School and received her bachelor’s degree in human relations with administration of justice from the University of Pittsburgh, Bradford. She received a master’s in special education with certification from Bloomsburg University, where she is studying for her master’s in elementary education with certification. She is employed at the CSIU.

The bridegroom is a graduate of Shikellamy High School and Susquehanna University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science with a minor in business. He is employed by the VNA Health System, Shamokin.
