DANVILLE — Amanda J. Sanders and Jeffrey B. Adler are pleased to announce their engagement.
Amanda is the daughter of David and Cathy Lee Sanders, of Danville. She is a graduate of Danville Area High School and Thomas Jefferson University with a degree in nursing. She is a registered nurse in the special care unit of Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
Her fiance is the son of Roy and Christine Adler, of Glenmoore. He is a graduate of Downingtown High School, Ursinius College and Temple University School of Medicine. He did his residency in emergency medicine with the Army at Fort Hood, Texas. He is a captain in the Army, serving as a brigade surgeon at Fort Drum, N.Y.
A wedding is planned for Oct. 1.
