MILTON — Malinda West and Joshua Ruch, of Milton, are pleased to announce their engagement.
Malinda is the daughter of Joseph and Alice West, of Mifflinburg, and the late Cathy West. She is a 2003 graduate of Mifflinburg High School and SUN Area Technical Institute.
She is employed at Club Coin Boards Inc., Northumberland and the Silver Moon Antique Mall, Lewisburg.
Joshua is the son of Joel and Glenda Ruch, of Milton. He is a 2001 graduate of Milton High School and is employed at Ritz Craft Corp. of Mifflinburg.
A wedding is planned for Oct. 9.
