The massacre in Newtown, Conn., of 20 children and seven adults is truly a tragedy, and our hearts and prayers go out to the families of these victims.
Our president and his far left-wing cronies are too quick to jump on the bandwagon about the need for more gun control.
Every day there are more people killed in our nation’s highways by drunken drivers than there are by guns, but I do not hear anyone calling for more control of liquor. Could it be that our government is taking in too much money on taxes for the sale of alcoholic drinks to do anything about stopping the carnage on our nation’s highways by drunken drivers.
