My wife and I were shocked and disgusted by the repeated presence on the TV this weekend of "Show It!" ads, that say you will be asked to show ID at the polls this November. Although the Pennsylvania courts have ruled that the voter ID law is not to take effect for this November's election, someone is still paying big bucks to air these unnecessary and misleading ads. I'm sorry, did I say "someone?" I meant "you and me," and every other taxpayer in the state. I don't know about you, but I can't wait until November, 2014, when we can vote out the crooks who stoop to such dishonest and wasteful tricks with our tax dollars.
