Leading creation scientist in Valley on Sunday morning

MIFFLINBURG — A leading creation scientist will be speaking Sunday and Monday on subjects not often addressed in Valley religious circles, such as dinosaurs and the Bible.

Pastor Glenn Bayly, of the Mifflinburg Alliance Church, invited Dr. Robert Carter after visiting Christian Ministries International, an evangelical organization based in Atlanta that conducts seminars worldwide.

Carter will be speaking three times Sunday: At 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. about dinosaurs at Alliance Church, 80 Church Road; and at 6 p.m. about genetics at Sunbury Bible Church, 135 Spruce Hollow Road, Northumberland.

At 8 a.m. Monday he will again be at a Sunbury Bible Church.
