Investigators release new images of mystery woman sought in Union County ambush

A week after a baffling assault targeting a businessman in the driveway of his home in an affluent area near Lewisburg, Buffalo Valley Regional Police have released two new composite images of the mystery woman who led Brian Bolus into the ambush.

In the Oct. 30 incident, a woman approached Bolus’ Furnace Road home and said that her car had a flat tire. Bolus, the woman and an unidentified house guest at the Bolus home rode in recreational terrain vehicle down to Furnace Road, where someone stepped out and hit the window of the vehicle by Bolus’ head and then hit Bolus.

Bolus was able to escape in the RTV and return to his home, were a call was placed to the police.  Bolus was treated and released for a the head injury.

The female suspect is described as being 5 foot 4 inches, 140-150 lbs, possibly of Hispanic descent with light skin. Police said she is either in her teens or early 20s, long curly dark brown hair down to her elbows. She also appeared to have a barbell stud piercing above her right lip.

There were two male suspects involved but no detailed descriptions are available.

Police said a vehicle described as a small mid-sized sedan light blue or silver in color may have been used in the crime.
