LEWISBURG — A Montgomery County man is accused of arranging a sexual tryst with a person he believed was a 14-year-old Lewisburg girl he met online.

Michael Leon Zdrojesky, 53, of East Greenville, arranged to meet the girl at a convenience store in Lewisburg on Dec. 20, but when he arrived, he was busted by the male police officer who had been pretending to be the girl online.

Zdrojesky was charged with multiple felonies, including criminal attempt to commit involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, criminal attempt to commit statutory sexual assault and unlawful contact with a minor. He was also charged with two misdemeanors, criminal attempt to commit corruption of minors and criminal attempt to commit indecent assault.

In his affidavit of probable cause, Lewisburg police officer Bradley Mill said that on Dec. 17, he had been conducting an undercover investigation in an online chat room.

During the course of the investigation, he began an online conversation with someone named “Mike.” Officer Mill identified himself to Mike as “Mysti,” a 14-year-old girl from Lewisburg.

Mike subsequently said he wanted to have sex with the 14-year-old girl.

Zdrojesky sent photos of himself to the person he thought was the 14-year-old, and set up a meeting date and time, three days later, at noon. At 1 p.m. on the day of the meeting, he was arrested by Mill outside the convenience store and taken to the Lewisburg police station.
