RIVERSIDE — A 31-year-old man was jailed Tuesday after police said they discovered marijuana on him during an arrest.
State police at Stonington said Brian Scott Webb, of Riverside, allegedly struck a female victim and broke her tooth. Upon being arrested, he removed two bags containing marijuana from his pocket, police said.
Webb was arraigned before District Judge Carl Rice and placed in Northumberland County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail.
