WATSONTOWN — Borough police are investigating a hit-and-run accident that took place at 1:20 a.m. Saturday on South Main Street.
Police said a 1995 Chevrolet Suburban parked on South Main Street was hit by a vehicle headed south toward McEwensville.
The collision caused moderate damage to both vehicles, but the suspect vehicle drove off. Evidence left at the accident scene indicates it may be a 2000-2001 Chevrolet Impala, burgundy or maroon in color. Police are asking anyone with information to call 538-2773.
