1 arrested, 2 sought in Shenandoah murder

POTTSVILLE — One man is in custody and police are seeking two others in a home-invasion robbery that ended with an eastern Pennsylvania man's death.

A Schuylkill County magistrate arraigned 29-year-old Damon Ennet, of Freeland, early Thursday morning. He is charged in the death of 24-year-old Bruce Forker two days earlier in Shenandoah, about 80 miles northwest of Philadelphia.

State Police say Ennet and two other men forced their way into Forker's home early Tuesday morning and demanded money before killing him.

Investigators have also charged 19-year-old Jahmal Ollivirre of Brooklyn, N.Y. and 30-year-old Julius Charles Enoe, of Mohnton, in Forker's death. Police say the U.S. Marshals are helping them track down Ollivirre and Enoe.
