State police said a 39-year-old Selinsgrove suffered moderate injuries after a two-car crash on Universal Road just north of Route 522 in Penn Township.
Troopers said Thomas A. Picarelli, 58, of Millmont, was driving a Ford Ranger pickup truck south when saw a Ford Crown Victoria approaching the intersection and believing the car was not going to stop, he swerved and hit the car.
The driver of the Crown Victoria, Kirk Renn, was taken to Evangelical Community Hospital, troopers said.
