MIDDLEBURG - Middleburg Borough Police said that on Aug. 23, Tayshawn Seabrook, a Sunbury man, allegedly summoned a Middleburg man who had been sitting on a porch and when the victim approached the car, Seabrook shot Joshua Snyder in the stomach with a BB gun at point blank range.
Police said Snyder fled while Seabrook continued firing at him. Snyder told police that he could hear Seabrook laugh as he drove away.
Snyder told police he has no idea why he was shot. Snyder was taken to Evangelical Community Hospital by ambulance for a stomach wound.
Seabrook, of 1129 Susquehanna Ave., Sunbury, was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person, in addition to other minor charges.
