LEWISBURG — Unbeknownst to patrons Friday at the Barnes & Noble at Bucknell University, a presidential candidate was in their midst. Usually there would be Secret Service detail assigned for his security, but as a write-in independent contender for U.S. president, Clair Moyer doesn’t qualify.
And the Lewisburg man didn’t seem concerned. Relaxed in blue jeans an a polo shirt and sipping Starbucks coffee, Moyer, 66, isn’t worried for his safety.
But he is worried for the nation’s future.
